Ryan Edwards boasts 20 years experience in lending, including 13 years funding emerging venture-backed companies at Silicon Valley Bank. He carries this experience into Prospeq to support great founders. Ryan has a passion for mountain biking, golf, and basketball. The inspiration to launch Prospeq after many years was fueled by the unwavering support of his wife, Erin, and their daughter and son. Ayla Edwards is a full time student pursuing a career in medicine. She is currently volunteering with several organizations including the Arizona State Fair and the Kyrene School District. Ayla is an honors student who's interests include Voice and Theater. She has recently served as Vice President of her school's choir council. Her theatrical interests include Shakespeare and Musical Theater.

Damon Doe brings 30 years of experience financing early to late-stage emerging growth companies. He dedicates his efforts to catalyzing entrepreneurs' company growth, with a professional focus on providing alternative financing solutions. Currently, Damon is the founder of Kiso Capital, a private investment company specializing in offering debt to emerging growth companies.

Travis Wood is responsible for sourcing and managing investments at Escalate Capital. He joined Escalate in 2019 after a 20-year career at Silicon Valley Bank, serving in various managerial, sales, and portfolio oversight roles. He most recently served as managing director of the bank’s Credit Solutions team and oversaw the technology portfolio across the southwestern U.S.
